Amrit Peter Kalsi

Group CEO & CEO of Clipper Bulk

Joined Clipper in 2011 and was promoted to Group COO and Head of Chartering and Operations at Clipper Bulk in 2015. In 2020, Amrit was appointed Group CEO. Amrit has worked in shipping since 1994 and previously held positions at Maersk Tankers and Damco. Amrit is trained in shipping and has completed executive training at Harvard Business School and Cranfield School of Management.

Henrik Kvist-Jacobsen

CFO & Head of Finance & Accounting and support functions

Before joining Clipper in 2019, Henrik spent 30 years at A.P. Moller – Maersk where he held positions as CFO for Maersk Tankers and CFO for Maersk Line, Global Service Centers. Henrik is trained in shipping and has a Graduate Diploma in Accounting and Financial Management.

Thomas Martinussen

Senior Vice President & Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs

Joined Clipper in 2004 as Vice President and was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2019. Thomas is a Master of Law and an Attorney at Law. He has previously worked for the Danish law firm Gorrissen Federspiel.

Frank G. Jensen is Partner and Chairman of Clipper Group, and he serves as board member in subsidiaries and affiliated companies.

Torben Gülnar Jensen

Born 1942. Joined the Board in 2000.

Torben G. Jensen is Founder of Clipper Group.

Mikael Skov

Born 1963. Joined the Board in 2013.

Mikael Skov is the former CEO of Hafnia. He has worked in the shipping industry since the early 1980’s and, before co-founding Hafnia, he was CEO of Torm. Mikael Skov’s other board assignments include ZeroNorth A/S & Complexico Limited.

Peter Appel

Born 1961. Joined the Board in 2013.

Peter Appel is partner in the law firm Gorrissen Federspiel and heads the firm’s Shipping/Offshore/Transportation practice. Peter Appel serves as board member in various maritime companies and he is also Member of the Committee for Maritime law under the Danish Ministry of Economic and Business Affairs.
